Brent Barnes   

Brent Barnes is a Settlement Planner and principal of Jowers, Bell and Barnes, L.L.P., a firm utilizing needs-based analysis, structured settlements, and trusts to provide personal service for claimants of legal settlements.

Mr. Barnes is an experienced professional specializing in wrongful death and personal injury, with special expertise in complex burn cases. Born and raised in Tulsa Oklahoma, Mr. Barnes graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1983. Mr. Barnes has made Phoenix, Arizona his home since 1984. He is married and has two children.

Mr. Barnes is an active member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association, and Summit Settlement Services. He conducts continuing legal education seminars for trial lawyer associations in Arizona, and state and county bar associations.
