Don Hafner    

Don Hafner is a Settlement Specialist and the owner of Settlement Partners, LLC, a company providing superior settlement services. He has more than 40 years of solid business experience with a broad background in structured settlements, mediation/litigation support, private and public benefits (SSI, Medicaid, SSDI, Medicare), insurance, accounting, taxes, finance and business management.

He graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University with a B.A. Degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting and Economics. His past work experience is extensive and includes:

· Registered Representative of ProEquities, Inc., and Omnivest, Inc.
· Colorado State Director of the national organization of Estate Planning for Persons with Disabilities
· Owner and President of InterFinancial Securities, Inc.
· Executive Vice President, a member of the Board of Directors and a Trustee of the company's defined benefits plans for Colorado Container Corporation, a manufacturing firm

Don provides exceptional mediation/litigation support, specializing in clients with special needs and designs personalized structured settlements. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer for continuing education programs, conducts seminars and workshops and has co-hosted a local radio business program.

Don is a founding member of the Society of Settlement Planners and a long-standing member of the Financial Planning Association, a member of Summit Settlement Services, and the National Structured Settlement Trade Association. He is active in the community and has received awards of recognition for his service.
