James E. Julian, CSSC   

Jim graduated from LeMoyne College with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and obtained his MS in Human Resource Management from SUNY Binghamton. He spent 5 years as a public employee union field representative resolving grievances and negotiating labor agreements. Later, he worked for New York State as a mediator resolving contract disputes.

His insurance career included property casualty broker and life broker before becoming involved in structured settlements 17 years ago.

Jim is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association and has completed the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant program.
