Robert "Bobby" Lenoir 
Bobby
began his career in the financial services industry in 1985.
Having been in management and a business owner, he understands
the needs and concerns of business owners, professionals,
and those with estate problems. He built his business by hard
work, honesty and integrity. Lenoir was associated with The
Summit Group for eleven years (1988 - 1999). He joined EFP
in August of 1999, bringing Estate & Financial planning
specialties, which include Employee Benefits, Minimizing Estate
Taxes, Business Continuation, and Retirement Planning.
He
is a Registered Representative with FSC Securities Corporation
(a registered broker/dealer, member NASD/SIPC) and holds Series
6, Series 7, and Series 63 registrations. Lenoir has received
the LUTCF designation, which is conferred only upon those
who can meet or exceed the exacting qualification standards
determined by the two professional organizations which jointly
sponsor LUTCF: The Life Underwriter Training Council and The
National Association of Life Underwriters. He is also a Chartered
Life Underwriter (CLU), and a Chartered Financial Consultant
(ChFC); both received through the American College, Bryn Mawr,
Pennsylvania. He has also received the (AEP) Accredited Estate
Planner designation from the National Association of Estate
Planners and Councils.
Bobby
added another element, Structured Settlements, to his practice
in 2003. He began focusing on assisting plaintiffs and plaintiff
attorneys in settlement and litigation. He then joined Settlement
Professionals in 2004.
Lenoir
is a member of the Society of Settlement Planners. He is also
a member of the National and Jackson Association of Life Underwriters,
the International Association of Financial Planning, Estate
Planning Council of Mississippi, and a Life and Qualifying
Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, where he has achieved
3 years Court of the Table and in 2000, Top of the Table.
He
and his wife, Mona, are members
of First Baptist Church, Summit, Mississippi. They have two
adult children, Chasidy and Robert.
