Smith has over 30 years of experience working with structured
settlements. He has provided instruction on structured settlements
to countless injured individuals, attorneys, and industry
personnel.
With
an extensive background in insurance claims, Marv is acutely
aware of the investigation, evaluation, and negotiation process
necessary to properly resolve a case.
He
placed the very first Tax-Qualified Structured Settlement
Variable Annuity* in the United States.
For the past 15 years he has concentrated solely on the application
of structured settlements to the claim resolution process.
Known
and endorsed by both defense and plaintiff attorneys, as well
as professional mediators, he has assisted during alternate
dispute resolution of cases throughout a multi-state area.
He
is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association
